The ROVVER® 125
Is the most portable and versatile sewer inspection crawler on the market today. It is ideally suited for many applications due to its modular design and its ability to inspect inside pipes with diameters ranging from 6 to 36 inches.

It is the smallest crawler in its class, thereby giving it the ability to pass through restricted pipe, large offsets, and protruding pipe taps.

The ROVVER's remote pendant gives you the ability to control focus, lighting, zoom, camera orientation, steering and travel direction.

Features - Benefits:
-Modularity allows a single system to view 6" to 36" lines. - Small profile allows for long runs and panning/tilting in 6" to 36" Ø pipe. - Quick-disconnect allows for easy use, low maintenance and time savings. - Handheld pendant for control of lighting, focus, speed, pan/tilt, zoom and steering. - Rack-mount control unit integrates into existing vehicle. - Waterproof for damp and submerged areas (crawler/camera rated IP68; reel rated IP63). - and more.
ROVVER® 225
When you need an adjustable viewing height range and the power to inspect through rough terrain, ROVVER® 225 is the inspection crawler to use.
For optimum large-diameter (9–60") pipe inspection, ROVVER 225’s pendant-controlled lift platform adjusts camera height from 6–12", centering the camera in the pipe for optimum magnification and undistorted inspection in any direction.
This rugged, all-wheel-drive crawler moves easily over debris and around multiple turns.
A remotely-operated clutch releases the wheels for free-wheeling retrieval.
ROVVER 225 carries a pan/tilt, pan/tilt/zoom or forward viewing color video camera, plus retrieval, sensing or sampling equipment to distances as far as 660'.
Its modular design and ability to inspect pipes with diameters larger than 9" make it ideally suited for a range of applications.
ROVVER’s remote pendant enables an operator to raise and lower the camera, change camera zoom and orientation, control focus and lighting, engage the clutch and steer the crawler around obstacles such as debris and offsets.
SuperVision 140
Setting a new benchmark for performance and agility, SuperVision rapidly evaluates pipe condition and identifyies maintenance needs. Like ROVVER, SuperVision emphasizes maneuverability with a host of attributes: short wheelbase, steerable six-wheel drive, modularity for easy reconfiguration, and an array of traction options. However, it introduces new features specifically designed to boost operator productivity.

*Lightweight cable extends range to 1640'.
*A remote-operated camera lift centers the view in various line sizes.
*An integral rear-view camera helps prevent flips and cable snags during reverse travel.
*Simultaneous control of multiple crawler functions boosts efficiency of control.
*Proportional joysticks control speed of crawl, pan and tilt.
*Extensible system architecture allows attachment of auxiliary sensors and end-effectors.
*Onboard diagnostics maximize uptime.
Ultra-rugged stainless steel construction tolerates extreme environments.
SuperVision Pan/Tilt Lateral Launch
SuperVision SAT from Envirosight crawls 300' down mainlines 6" and larger, and then inserts its camera 100' into laterals as small as 3.5".
The auto-leveling color camera with shadowless LED illumination pans and tilts to capture exceptional sidewall detail.
An integral SONDE transmitter (available in standard frequencies) makes locating the camera from aboveground quick and easy.
The system is also equipped with a rear-view camera, auxiliary lamps and steerable 6-wheel drive — essential for maneuvering to troublesome launch points. The SAT reel, crawler, and auxiliary reel are compatible with SuperVision reels and controls.

- SuperVision SAT's lateral camera pans 360 degrees and tilts 90 degrees, capturing maximum detail from pipe walls.
- Twin bands of shadowless LED illumination combine with an auto-upright camera and 600×800-pixel display to ensure maximum detail. A color text generator displays operator annotations and graphics onscreen, as well as camera distance.
- Like SuperVision itself, the SAT camera head is stainless steel and carries a 1-bar pressure rating.
DigiSewer Pipeline Scanning
DigiSewer triples the value of your inspection budget by performing up to three times faster than traditional video inspection.

With DigiSewer side-scanning, you capture footage at speeds up to 70 feet/minute without stopping to pan, tilt or zoom. And side-scanning generates detailed flat scans that can be reviewed and annotated in a fraction the time.

With all the time and money side-scanning saves, be sure to demand a system that handles all your pipe—no matter the material, condition and size. DigiSewer for ROVVER is the only side-scanner that adapts to real-world conditions, and the only one that also supports traditional CCTV inspection, giving you total versatility for your investment.
Clic to enlarge QuickView
Inspect pipelines, manholes and tanks safely from street level with the patented QuickView zoom inspection camera.

Municipalities use it to identify and prioritize maintenance issues. DOTs use it to assess culvert, storm pipe and bridge condition with minimal exposure to traffic. Contractors use it to survey pipe condition before bidding, and to document completed work.

With 432:1 zoom and HID lamps, QuickView sees 50–250’ in 6–60” lines, easily pinpointing defects such as collapses, cracks, debris, roots, infiltration, crossed utilities, blockages, erosion and liner failure.

VeriSight
Isn't just built tough for dependability; it’s built smart to make you more efficient.

Its onboard 60GB hard drive stores 45 hours of MPEG4 video. An intuitive file system lets you archive clips for easy retrieval, while the USB and SD ports let you upload inspection results directly to your PC. Combine these features with selectable SONDE frequency and a 16-page text generator with full QWERTY keyboard, and you're equipped for maximum productivity.

With these technical advantages, it's easy to overlook VeriSight's rugged construction. Its welded stainless steel frame, Kevlar-reinforced push rod, spring shock absorbers, sealed slip ring and waterproof ABS housing help VeriSight withstand punishing conditions.
HydroCut Hydro-Powered Cutter
Are messy cuts, stalls, poor visibility and high operating costs holding back your relining crew? Regain productivity with HydroCut, the hydro-powered cutter that mills quickly and cleanly through the toughest materials. High-pressure water not only spins the cutter with 5 times the conventional force, it cleans the onboard cameras and cools the motor and bit for maximum life.

Rapid Deployment. HydroCut moves under its own power. That means no stringing winch lines from a secondary access point using a CCTV crawler. Its overhead outrigger and interchangeable wheels boost traction to maximize crawling range.
Maximum Uptime. A single HydroCut bit lasts 90 hours, so progress isn’t interrupted by time-consuming bit changes. Also, HydroCut’s hydro turbine requires significantly less maintenance than an air motor, and most mainetance can be performed right in the field.
Clear View. HydroCut’s stabilizing outrigger and high-speed motor minimize camera vibration. Integral camera rinsing keeps video obstruction-free.
WinCan Inspection Reporting Software
WinCan v8 transforms raw data into the intelligence you need to make maintenance decisions. Its intuitive interface grants easy access to information while enforcing consistent data entry. Single-click video and still image capture, plus annotation and measurement tools, ensure every observation is robustly documented. Sophisticated search functionality lets you sort observations by location, type and severity, as well as perform statistical analysis.

WinCan V8 also makes sharing intelligence easy. It generates customizable reports that combine information, graphics and images for rapid comprehension. And it comes with a distributable freeware viewer that allows anyone to review your inspections using the familiar WinCan interface.
